“Zim” joined the National Preps team in June 2012 as the Director of Mid-Atlantic Scouting after serving as President and CEO of the Playmaker Recruiting Report.

Zim has over 18 years of experience “scouting” HS football players, including 12 years as a College Football Coach serving as a position coach, recruiting coordinator, and defensive coordinator at the BCS, FCS, and D2 levels.

Zim’s vision for National Preps is to become the leading Scouting Service in the Nation for colleges at all levels providing accurate data/information, video, and evaluations, with Scouts on the ground serving as an extension of our College Clients.
